Amara Evering is a radio journalist, writer, and storyteller. She has worked as a producer and writer for the award-winning radio station, WPFW FM and is the current recipient of the Alice Rowan Swanson Fellowship. She’s been recognized for her coverage of reparations programs, the experiences of Black women and girls, and international movements.
